These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jil17 ("jil17," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at jil17.app and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and platform extensions.

By accessing jil17.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotional offer, or otherwise using any feature of the jil17 platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
2. You agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein;
3. You meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 2;
4. You accept and agree to jil17's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jil17 operates under license and regulation by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and comply with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

To register and maintain an active jil17 account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jil17 strictly enforces this requirement through government ID-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
2. Philippine Residency or Lawful Access: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online casino gaming is legally permitted. jil17 primarily serves Filipino players in the Philippines and does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals under legal guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated are ineligible.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have imposed a voluntary self-exclusion on your jil17 account or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform that remains active.
5. Account Uniqueness: You may not register if you already hold an active or suspended jil17 account. Duplicate account creation is strictly prohibited.

Registration requires provision of: a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure account password, and a valid government-issued Philippine ID for KYC purposes. Accepted ID types include: PhilSys National ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC license, and GSIS card.

jil17 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jil17 account, whether or not you authorized such activity. Your account responsibilities include:

1. Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time verification codes (OTP), or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided to jil17 during registration and at any subsequent time must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.
3. Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that devices used to access jil17 are free from malware, unauthorized remote access software, or other security vulnerabilities that could compromise your account.
4. Unauthorized Access Reporting: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify jil17 support via live chat. jil17 will assist with account security measures upon verified notification.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Your jil17 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights therein to another person.

jil17 maintains session logs and login records for security monitoring purposes. These records may be reviewed in connection with account disputes, security investigations, and PAGCOR compliance audits.

4.1 Deposits. jil17 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jil17 account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jil17 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the requesting account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jil17 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya during regular operating hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. jil17 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where:

1. KYC verification has not been completed or is under review;
2. There are pending bonus wagering requirements applicable to the withdrawal amount;
3. The withdrawal request triggers AML review thresholds under PAGCOR regulations;
4. Account security or fraud investigations are ongoing.

4.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal against a deposit made to jil17 without first attempting resolution through jil17's support process constitutes a breach of these Terms. jil17 reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of charged-back funds through all available legal means.

jil17 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multiples (e.g., 20x, 30x) are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
2. Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
3. Bonus Abuse: jil17 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, colluding with other players to fulfill wagering requirements, placing opposite bets to minimize wagering risk ("bonus hedging"), or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
4. Maximum Withdrawal Limits: Certain promotions carry maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These caps are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5. Promotion Availability: jil17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotions are subject to availability and may be restricted to specific player segments, geographic areas, or time periods.

6.1 Game Fairness. All slot games, live dealer games, bingo, and fishing games available on jil17 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live mechanical processes. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG or live physical draw — they are not influenced by player account status, deposit amounts, or betting patterns.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connection failure affecting a game round, jil17 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. jil17 is not liable for losses resulting from interruptions due to network issues on the player's end or third-party connectivity failures.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once jil17's system has confirmed acceptance and the wager amount has been deducted from the player's balance. Bets placed using funds subject to pending withdrawal requests are void.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by additional specific rules available in the jil17 sports betting section. In the event of conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that betting market.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Individual games and live tables carry minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may be adjusted by jil17 at any time and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil17 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture where applicable, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jil17 games, place wagers, or circumvent platform security measures;
2. Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any game where player interaction may influence outcomes;
3. Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting, or using jil17 to process proceeds of criminal activity;
4. Providing false identity information, using forged or fraudulent documents for KYC verification, or impersonating another person;
5. Accessing jil17 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited while misrepresenting your location;
6. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, compromise, or exploit the jil17 platform, its payment systems, or any connected infrastructure;
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil17 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel;
8. Registering or using a jil17 account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent, or on behalf of any individual under 21 years of age.

jil17 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using proprietary fraud detection systems. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be frozen during investigation without prior notice.

jil17 is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. We recognize that while the majority of players engage with casino gaming as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviors. jil17 takes this seriously and provides the following responsible gaming tools and policies:

8.1 Available Tools. All registered jil17 players may access the following tools from their account settings at any time:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited into your jil17 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8.3 PAGCOR Exclusion Register. Players excluded under PAGCOR's program may not create or access jil17 accounts during their exclusion period.

jil17's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at jil17.app/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

By using jil17, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing required for:

1. Account registration and KYC identity verification;
2. Processing deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card networks;
3. PAGCOR regulatory compliance, AML reporting, and responsible gaming obligations;
4. Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and account protection;
5. Customer support and dispute resolution.

jil17 complies with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

All content on the jil17 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, visual designs, logos, trademarks, brand names, written content, images, audio, and video, is the property of jil17 or its licensed content providers (including JILI and other game developers) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jil17 for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

1. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from jil17 content;
2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jil17 software;
3. Use jil17 trademarks or brand elements without prior written authorization;
4. Screenshot or record and commercially distribute jil17 game content or live dealer sessions.

Any unauthorized use of jil17's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil17's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil17 shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
2. Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
3. Losses arising from network failures, telecommunications interruptions, or internet service disruptions beyond jil17's reasonable control;
4. Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
5. Losses resulting from your reliance on information or advice provided by other players or third-party sources;
6. Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, PAGCOR regulatory changes, or other events beyond jil17's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits jil17's liability for death or personal injury caused by jil17's gross negligence or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 Suspension by jil17. jil17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

1. The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
2. Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed;
3. The player fails to satisfy or no longer satisfies eligibility requirements;
4. jil17 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
5. The player's continued access presents a risk to platform security or other players.

12.2 Effect of Account Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any voidable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding AML verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their jil17 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed prior to final account closure.

13.1 Internal Resolution. All disputes arising from your use of jil17 should first be submitted to jil17's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. jil17 will endeavor to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If the dispute relates to a specific game round outcome, please include the game name, round ID, date, and time in your submission.

13.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If jil17's internal dispute resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process. jil17 cooperates fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution proceedings and complies with all PAGCOR determinations.

13.3 Governing Law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them or your use of jil17, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.4 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through internal or PAGCOR processes.

jil17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jil17 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the jil17 platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of jil17 following the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using jil17 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.

jil17 maintains an archive of previous Terms versions. Players may request a copy of any previous version by contacting jil17 support.
